Services: Develops, monitors, and enforces the County Deparments' Affirmative Action, civil rights, diversity and the Community Business Enterprise programs in conjunction with county department's and agencies, investigates external and informal complaints of discrimination and sexual harassment.

Services: Provides support to legal services providers and community organizations on the civil rights of women and girls. The Center does not provide representation or consultation to individuals. It is a statewide policy and support center focused on education, outreach, community organizing, and impact litigation.
